Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive. The health and safety of our customers and teams is our #1 priority and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ship your order. 

We currently only ship domestically.

We use USPS and UPS.

Free Shipping with minimum purchase.

Please allow 2-5 business days for you order to be processed and/or tracking to update.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online. 

You will also be able to track your order when you sign in at My Account.

Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

Return & Refund Policy

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. ONCE PLACED, WE DO NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS FOR REFUND.

All damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days upon receiving merchandise for store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will kindly issue a store credit for a return request submitted within 3 days upon receiving your merchandise.

All approved returns must be shipped within 48 hours after approval. We are not responsible for shipping fees on any undamaged merchandise. All clothing is subject to inspection, and must be approved by I Heard A Rumer Boutique.

Any returns sent back without prior approval will NOT receive store credit.

All returns are issued by store credit only. No refunds will be given.
